The first step in your desire to restore your smile and get back to chewing is discussing your overall health. Discuss with Dr. Hariri what health concerns you have and what medications you are currently taking. Understanding what obstacles you face in proper healing and what health concerns impact surgery outcomes and healing. Implant tooth replacement predictability depends on how to navigate around any considerable health concerns that will make the process smooth and comfortable.
To plan the restoration of your smile and teeth, we will incorporate the latest 3D Digital radiograph technology to image and map out the structures of your facial structures to plan the ideal placement of your dental implants, navigating around vital structures such as nerves and blood vessels. This is a critical process in the surgical planning of your full smile treatment. Having your health in our sights and hands in 3D digital imaging allows us to do the best, most predictable surgery possible. Ask us about our brand new Dexis OP3D imaging and our Trios V intraoral scanner, and let us show you what it can do.
Your treatment involves using the highest-quality dental implants, grafting material, and collagen to aid in healing and provide the best, most comfortable surgical outcome. Implant technology with a proven outcome is implemented with the most accurate surgical instruments and technology. The most effective irrigation and cooling implementation, along with the precision of placement measurements, is critical in your implant surgery.

With dental implant tooth replacement, there has been no need to wear the uncomfortable, removable, bulky plastic denture of the past 20th century. Dentures that cause sores, don’t stay in place, and don’t fit comfortably are a miserable daily challenge. Using modern, advanced dental implant technology, Dr. Hariri has made missing tooth replacement a straightforward and predictable option for most patients suffering from missing teeth and unsightly smiles.
Dental implants are titanium posts with a false tooth (crown) attached on top. A dental implant is embedded into the patient’s jawbone in order to create a durable, long-lasting replacement for missing teeth.
Once the implant post is in place, an individual crown, bridge, or denture can be cemented to the portion of the post which protrudes above the gum line. Dental implants offer the most stable, long-term solution to replace missing teeth.
functions like a natural tooth.
slurring speech or limiting food choices.
offering enduring durability and long-term value.
ensuring complete safety and minimal disturbance for optimal results and comfort.
providing a seamless, natural-looking result that enhances your smile
maintaining structural integrity and ensuring long-term oral health.
Believe it or not, dental implants are the standard of care in dentistry. For failing teeth, or for missing teeth, traditional dentures or “bridges” are not commonly recommended. Implant restorations, though as scary and painful as they may seem or sound, are some of the least painful, easy on the body dental treatments in dentistry. Dental implants usually cause NO next day pain or discomfort, or any discomfort during the surgery itself.
Dental implant treatment has become more cost effective over the past 5 years. What once was a half a day procedure with general anesthetic, bruising and bleeding, soreness or pain for days after, costing upwards of $6,000 can now be done in about 30 mins, with local anesthetic, and total next day comfort for a fraction of the price.
DON’T GET FOOLED BY “IMPLANT” SERVICES COSTING $750 OR LESS. Ask what it includes, what follow up care is provided, what type of implant is placed, what imaging and X-Rays are included, is a bone graft needed, and if so, how much? How much experience does the doctor have? Is a stent used? Are you being diagnosed from a 3d Cone Beam Radiograph? We can always provide you a consultation or a second opinion for your knowledge and eduction at no charge.
Feel free to request a complimentary implant consultation to learn what’s involved in a dental implant, the components, the surgery itself, and related fees.
Before undergoing any dental implant procedure, a thorough initial examination is conducted. This involves evaluating the patient’s dental and medical history, conducting clinical assessments, and possibly taking diagnostic tests (like X-rays).
A 3D CT (computed tomography) scan provides detailed, three-dimensional images of the patient’s teeth, jawbone, nerves, and surrounding structures. This imaging technique is crucial for precise treatment planning in dental implant procedures, allowing Dr. Hariri to assess bone density, plan implant placement accurately, and identify potential complications.
A surgical guide is a custom-made device used during the implant placement surgery. It is created based on the patient’s CT scan and helps Dr. Hariri precisely position the implant in the optimal location within the jawbone. This reduces surgery time, enhances accuracy, and minimizes the risk of complications.
During computerized-guided surgery, the doctor will place the post (titanium implant base) in the jawbone beneath your gums. The discomfort is usually less than that of a tooth extraction, and you’ll be able to return to your routine the next day.
This is the foundational component of the dental implant made from medical-grade titanium. Titanium is chosen for its biocompatibility, strength, and ability to fuse with the jawbone (osseointegration). The “base” refers to the implant fixture that is surgically placed into the jawbone.
After the implant placement, there will be a three to four month healing period while your body does the work of fusing the screw into the jaw bone to create a strong foundation for chewing hard foods.
Once the dental implant screw is securely fused with the bone in your jaw, we will place the abutments and make a custom restoration. Your healthy, new smile will now be ready to show off to the world!
The abutment connects the implant to the replacement tooth (crown). It is made from medical-grade titanium, ensuring durability and compatibility with the surrounding tissues.
Our crowns are NOT cheap porcelain fused to metal. Our Zirconia crowns are the visible part of the dental implant restoration, which resembles a natural tooth. Zirconia is a ceramic material known for its strength, durability, and aesthetic qualities. Unlike cheaper alternatives (like porcelain fused to metal), zirconia crowns are highly biocompatible and resistant to chipping and cracking. They also provide a natural appearance, blending seamlessly with adjacent teeth.
Once the implant is settled in, your surgeon will then install a post, known as an abutment, into the implant.
Finally, a prosthetic tooth, called a crown, will be created and attached to the implants to restore natural functionality and aesthetics.
